We have two newly planted Meyer Lemon Trees at the Roberts international Garden thanks to Ms Zaza and Mr Lira’s leadership at REACH club and Earth Day!

The Roberts International Garden and REACH are excited to announce the Meyer Lemon Tree Initiative! We’ve started by planting two Meyer Lemon trees in the school garden on Earth Day 2022.

We need your help to keep these baby trees alive and well! Seeking waterers in JULY and AUGUST 2022!  Click Here to sign up for a week to help water the lemon trees.

We are also recruiting family “pledges” to care for our new trees.  If your family does any three items on list below before April 2023, your name will go on a plaque by the tree and you’ll receive an invitation to the 1 year anniversary ribbon cutting at Earth Day Festival 2023.

*sign up for one week of watering plants
*sign up for second week of watering plants
*sign up for third week of watering plants
*give small donations from students ($1,3,5,10)
*support trees over winter, more to come in fall (e.g. freeze alert email for trees, wrapping trees, watering before freeze)

We hope to eventually replace all 10 lemon trees that were originally part of the International Garden.  Accepted donations will go towards trees and butterfly spaces. via Venmo (@S_Bourgeois)
