Spring Carnival decoration contest

Hello MPE Families,

 

Get ready to embark on a worldwide adventure as we announce our decoration contest for Spring Carnival 2024! This year's theme is "Around the World with Millie," and we are inviting students and families to showcase their creativity by representing various countries through beautiful decorations.

 

Contest Details:

• Each participating group/ family will be assigned a country to represent.
• Decorations can include elements such as flags, traditional outfits, iconic landmarks, and cultural symbols.
• Participants are encouraged to research and incorporate unique aspects of their assigned country to bring their decorations to life.
• On the day of the Carnival, all decorations will be displayed for students to admire during their train ride.
• Please note that decorations should be able to withstand the elements, as they will be displayed outdoors. 
• Students will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite decorations, and the first-place winner will receive a prize!

This contest will add an education element to our Carnival by providing students and families the opportunity to learn about different cultures around the world.

 

So, gather your creativity, team up with friends and family, and let's celebrate diversity at our Spring Carnival.
