The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from Evansdale parents and staff on Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and Foundation sponsored events during the 2023-2024 school year. This survey will collect information on your participation in events and your understanding of the PTA and the Foundation, including their purpose and how to be involved.

The results of this survey will help the PTA Board understand parent and staff participation in PTA/Foundation events, and how to improve these events to maximize parent and staff involvement. This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
