Celebrate Heritage Night 2023

Preston will host the 6th Annual Heritage Night on March 29, 2023 from 6:00-7:30 pm in the PES Cafeteria. We hope to have many international and local (Cajun, Texan, etc.) cultures represented. This event is a fantastic way to connect our Preston community and celebrate our beautiful campus diversity. In the past, we have had a tremendous turn-out, and it was especially wonderful to see the enthusiasm among students as they visited various booths. 

If you are interested in representing a culture, please complete the google form below. You will receive a group email with all the families that ​have signed up to host the same country/culture. Together, you will decide what foods, music, games, holidays​, or maps/information will be represented at your booth​. Our goal is to have the booths be interactive​ where students can have hands-on learning about the different cultures.

We will also showcase a variety of musical acts (cultural dances, instrumental, or singing). You can include all the above items or only a few - the choice is yours!

Please complete the google form by February 6, 2023 to indicate your interest in participating in this amazing evening. A group email will be sent, once your form has been submitted with logistical information for booth preparation. We are excited to host this cultural tradition at Preston Elementary!
