Art for a new community with roots in Waldo

A new community in a beloved KC neighborhood deserves better than generic, filler artwork. That’s why we commissioned local fabric artist Sonié Joi Thompson-Ruffin, an artist with roots in Waldo, to design a piece just for 222 Waldo Flats.
