Well intentioned but not quite the UX that we need. Account management is messy. Adding Children is glitchy. Menu loading is slow. If one has multiple kids the combinatorial choices one has to make is unmanageable . I’d rather create the account and let my kids navigate the app. Do you expect each child to choose each item daily in advance? Reality doesn’t work that way. Do some customer journey mapping. Not ready for wide scale deployment!

Im frustrated that the school has parents relying on this app. It has so many issues it’s hard to decide where to start. Four out of five times the app crashes and I can’t complete an order. If I do complete an order i have to immediately pay for it or it puts the invoice in limbo. I can’t pull up an old invoice, instead I have to generate the order again for the original to show up, duplicated. Also, it starts the date based on todays date, but on the next month’s calandar. I can tell it is a query issue mixing months. Also the ‘add’ button has to be pressed and then the ‘are you sure you want to add food to your order?’ Prompt comes up, and then you have to press the new ‘add’ button. It’s like I am permanently deleting files off my computer, instead of trying to feed my kid.

The UI is so bad the app is basically unusable. No
Clear and easy path to complete transactions. Adding food to cart is cumbersome. Paying the bills is almost impossible and every time I order it gives me error messages or tells me my cart is empty while simultaneously showing me the price for the items that are in my cart. “Modify and Pay” invoice is confusing there should just be a “pay invoice” button that takes you straight to payment. You should be able to favorite menu items and there should be drop downs to add to cart rather than pop ups. On mobile that is so non-functional.
Why does it delete your cart constantly and tell you your cart is empty when it isn’t? Why doesn’t it store payment methods? Why don’t buttons actually go anywhere or launch anything when you click?
The fact that this is how I have to order lunch hurts my soul every time I use the app.
