Volunteer to Host a Table:

Create a display highlighting your cultural heritage. PTA will provide blank presentation boards and tables with plenty of space to display facts, history, flags, crafts, games, pictures, artwork etc. You are welcome to provide food or drink samples, teach crafts/games, play music, wear clothes that speak to your cultural heritage … the sky is the limit!  

Registration & Communications Volunteers:

Help publicize the event and recruit other families and community members to participate; and/or assist in tracking families that have signed up and coordinate with them to provide information and assistance.  

Will you join the Registration & Communications Team? If yes, how would you like to help?

Event Volunteer:

Possible duties would be to assist with decorations and setup before the event; welcome people arriving, hand out passports for kids to use, give out prizes, assist other volunteers; or help with clean up, amongst many others.
