FS Car Magnet Order Form 2022-2023
Please complete the order form below to order a Field School car magnet.  Magnets are $5 each, and proceeds benefit upcoming faculty/staff appreciation events, community events, and the fifth grade Celebration Day in June.  Thank you for your support!

Please be sure to fill in your name and email address so that we are able to contact you regarding your order, as well as your child's name and teacher for delivery purposes.  Magnets will be sent home in your child's backpack once payment is received.    

Magnets are $5 each.  Don't forget to order one for each car!  Payment can be made via Venmo to Laura Wilson (@lollygolly), and for confirmation the last 4 phone number digits are 9587.  Please note "FS car magnet" in the memo.
