Hello Woodland School 3rd Grade Families!

Third grade at Woodland School is a busy and exciting year for our kids as they enjoy their last year in the lower elementary school.  

To continue a tradition that originated during the pandemic, we will be creating a yearbook to capture all of the wonderful memories in your child's last year at Woodland.  Yearbooks will be published and available for purchase at the end of the academic year.  We are requesting your consent for pictures of your child to be included in this year's yearbook.

Woodland School PTO Chairs and Room Parents will be encouraging you to submit photos throughout the 2022-23 academic year.  We are asking for your permission for your child to be included as work on the yearbook will be taking place throughout the year.  Photos submitted from parents/guardians and teachers will be used, as well as the school pictures from Coffee Pond.  In some cases the yearbook creators will take group photos of the kids at various points throughout the year to ensure equal representation of all children in the yearbook.

Please fill out this form to let us know if you DO or DO NOT give permission for your child to appear in the yearbook. If you do not fill out the form, your child will NOT appear in the yearbook.

Please complete a separate consent form for each third (3rd) grader in your family.
