Yes, I want my child to receive FREE weekend food bags from Brookline Thrives.
Brookline Thrives provides convenient, non-refrigerated, free food bags to school families who could benefit from additional food options for their children. Each child's bag contains two breakfast items, two lunch items, milk, and fruit plus snacks to help get them through the school week. No proof of financial need is required. Families may take bags for ALL children in their household.
Complete this form to register your student. Registration is required for your child to receive Thrives bags at school on Friday, even if your child participated last school year. If you would like bags given to more than one child, please complete this form for each child.
