Dear Hamilton Music Families:
With all Music-a-thon envelopes and corporate matches accounted for, we came within a hair's breadth of meeting our goal, with $39,705.05!! Those of us on the FOMAHI board are so gratified for your gifts and take it as a sign that our music program is finding a "new normal" that'll provide momentum for our programs going into next year.
Thank YOU for your support and to all our young musicians for their performances! All funds FOMAHI raises go to pay for things that SPS doesn’t and assures that all students are able to fully participate in all activities.
The month of March brings concerts!
Lots of them: Vocal, Orchestra, Band, and - of course - Jazz Night! Concerts mean BAKE SALES: Be on the look out for emails from your student's director about concert times and locations – and how to help make each a success.
As we approach spring and the end of the school year, our music groups will travel to a variety of contests and festivals – several of them overnight. Please also keep an eye open for emails about these trips, SPS requirements and payments - and the availability of scholarships.
