2024-25 University High School Bus Interest List
Through a pilot program subsidized by the City of Irvine in 2023, one bus to Uni High School served Laguna Altura, Los Olivos, Hidden Canyon and Quail Hill this school year. Parents paid $450 per rider annually, and the remainder of the cost was funded by the City. The bus filled quickly and there was a waitlist.

For 2024-25, parents are asking the City of Irvine to expand funding for the Uni bus to subsidize two buses and look into improvements to the service, such as later morning pick up time, two afternoon trips to accommodate different student schedules, or selling bus passes by semester.

Please see and sign the petition asking the city to evaluate safety issues for school routes across Irvine.
