Check Out Our Evergreen Kindness Quilts Using "The Kindness Quilt" by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace as inspiration, the students and teachers at Evergreen ES created Kindness Quilts to show all the different ways that we can show and spread kindness in our school and our community. This was Evergreen's contribution to the VDOE sponsored Virginia Kindness Week."

| April Cafeteria Volunteers Have you ever wondered what your child's lunchtime is like each day? Come find out! Try volunteering during lunch any day of the week for your child's grade! This is a flexible and fun way to help the staff and students at EES. When you volunteer in the cafeteria, you are helping the kids to open items and bringing them the things they need such as a spork or napkin. Each lunch period is only about 25 minutes long, so it really flies by. As always, a huge THANK YOU to those who help out each week! We hope to see you soon! Families will get to order pizza in advance, and then swing through the bus loop to pick up dinner from teachers in your child's grade! This will be a really fun evening, and we will keep 10% of sales and 100% of the tips!
